Aeronaut plastic spinners 1
Aeronaut Spinners 1

There are two types of plastic spinners from Aeronaut. The first type has two self-tapping screws to hold the spinner cap on to the spinner. The back half of the spinner has slots to accept a rectangular section centrepiece. The slot is only 8m wide, in case you have a narrow bar centrepiece, but the walls of the spinner are thinned each side of the slot so that you can cut them out to take wider centrepeices (like the 12mm wide Aeronaut variety). You fit the prop to your prop holder first, then slip the back section of the spinner on next. You add the washer and prop holder nut and tighten the assembly. Finally you add the spinner cap. This type of spinner comes in three sizes.

The second type has a single bolt to hold the spinner cap on to the spinner. The bolt screws in to the end of the prop holder, so you must have one tapped to accept the bolt (all Aeronaut types do, Multiplex do not). The slot is 12mm wide, with a step to accept smaller centrepieces. You fit the spinner backplate to your prop holder first, then the prop goes on next. You add the washer and prop holder nut and tighten the assembly. Finally you add the spinner cap with the single bolt that you can see in the picture. This type of spinner comes in two sizes.
